Our Dental Associates clinics accept insurance from the carriers below and we are always accepting new patients in need of quality, affordable dental care. Please call your preferred Dental Associates clinic to verify that your plan is accepted by our practice and to schedule an appointment. We also accept many patients seeking dental care with insurance plans that allow you to go to any dentist, which we may bill your insurance company directly, or related to a worker’s compensation claim.

We also accept patients on state-pay programs for the state of Minnesota within the dental insurance networks listed above. For non-covered services we require full payment in cash, check, major credit card or financing options below, at the time of service.

For all non-covered and patient portion of coinsurance treatment, we accept cash, check or major credit cards. We do require payment at the time of service.

Although Dental Associates does not offer any in-house financing option, you may seek patient financing with your bank or with one of the third-party providers below, at your own risk and after your careful consideration:

• Your Bank. The lowest cost financing may be available at your bank through a personal loan or other offer.
• CareCredit – www.carecredit.com. You may apply for credit with CareCredit at www.carecredit.com, or at your direction, we may help you complete a CareCredit application in our Dental Associates clinic.
• Genesis Credit – for those who don’t have perfect credit, you may try direct to consumer credit options at www.genesis-fs.com/consumer-solutions. Some patients may not qualify for the full amount of services, but you may consider using partial financing plus cash, or spacing out your services.

Dental Associates has no association with any of these third-party providers and you are accepting your own risk and obligation in seeking such financing when, as and if provided.
